I can recall that the practice of getting teachers to sit at dinner tables was introduced around 1969. Was this done for any specific reason? I remember that before this came in the portion size depended on:- a) What year you were in b) Your physical size c) Your relationship with the 'Servers' on your table Teachers had separate tables before this (or was it a separate sitting) - I wondered if the practice was introduced to ensure that all pupils received an equal share of if it was just one of DGSA's initiatives - Any thoughts?
